Beaumont and Farmington Community Library to present Wednesday Wellness series
Beaumont Health System and the Farmington Community Library will launch a Wednesday Wellness community education series beginning Oct. 10.

All programs begin at 7 p.m. in the Farmington Community Library, 32737 W. Twelve Mile Road, Farmington Hills.
- The Oct. 10 program, presented by Melissa McBrien, M.D., otolaryngologist, will discuss treatments for sinus and sniffles.
- The Oct. 17 program will focus on women’s urology issues. Donna Carrico, nurse practitioner and clinical director, Beaumont Women’s Urology Center will discuss bladder control and pelvic pain.
- Urologist Brian Seifman, M.D. will present information for men about prostate cancer at the Oct. 24 program.
- The series will conclude on Nov. 7 with cardiologist Alan Silverman, D.O. discussing heart health from cholesterol to exercise.
