Women and Weights

 This exercise program focuses on strengthening and toning major muscles as well as creating a stronger, healthier body. Hand and leg weights, body balls, body bars are all used to target problem areas.   Participants at all levels of fitness are welcome. 

You can sign up for 1-hour a week, 2-hours a week or unlimited classes.

Registration is required.

Location: St. Clair Shores -- Bon Brae Center
Frequency:   Weekly for 14-week session
Day/Time: Monday 6 - 7 p.m.
  Wednesday 6 - 7 p.m.
  Saturday 9 - 10 a.m.
Fees: $96 - 1 class per week for 14 weeks
  $121 - 2 classes per week for 14 weeks
 

$147 - Unlimited FitPass for 14 weeks, includes unlimited access to all classes offered after 4 p.m. and Saturdays as well as unlimited use of the weight room and cardio equipment.
