Women and Weights
This exercise program focuses on strengthening and toning major muscles as well as creating a stronger, healthier body. Hand and leg weights, body balls, body bars are all used to target problem areas. Participants at all levels of fitness are welcome.
You can sign up for 1-hour a week, 2-hours a week or unlimited classes.
Registration is required.

$147 - Unlimited FitPass for 14 weeks, includes unlimited access to all classes offered after 4 p.m. and Saturdays as well as unlimited use of the weight room and cardio equipment. |
