Health care providers from different disciplines work as a team throughout the assessment and treatment process. We are committed to the delivery of integrated care of the highest quality, guided by cost effectiveness, functional outcome and patient satisfaction. Our mission is to provide this service to the community in a culturally-sensitive manner with respect for patient and family tradition, values, goals and perspective.
Scope of Pain Medicine Practice
Our multidisciplinary team includes anesthesiologists who are board certified in pain medicine, specially trained physician assistants and nurses, psychologists, physical therapists and other professionals. Our team of specialists will work with you to identify the source of your pain, eliminate or reduce your pain and suffering, and teach you how to manage it. An individualized plan of care will be designed for your condition and we will work with your primary care physician to provide integrated and coordinated care. Our team is committed through professional development to maintain the appropriate competencies necessary to provide the highest quality care.
