Because of its advanced facilities and equipment, the Surgical Learning Center can train today's medical teams with tomorrow's technology. The Center offers a full curriculum of training and professional development courses so medical professionals can maintain high levels of competency.
The Center features the latest technology to teach and test knowledge. Surgeons, residents or entire OR teams can use hands-on tools and patient simulators to rehearse and refine technical skills in a secure, yet realistic environment before using them in a live operating room.
When new medical devices are invented, the Center allows surgeons to master the necessary surgical techniques before using them on a patient.
