Our comprehensive healthcare plans include:*
Eligible full-time and part-time employees and dependents are offered their choice of one of four medical plans: The Beaumont Employee Health Plan (BEHP) Classic (PPO), BEHP Choice Account (PPO), BEHP Health Savings Account (PPO with an HSA) and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Through Delta Dental, eligible employees and dependents are offered Dental Choice and Dental ChoicePlus. These options include different levels of coverage for preventive, basic and major services. Dental ChoicePlus is available to full-time employees and offers adult and child orthodontia coverage.
The vision plan, Vision Plus, is available to eligible employees and dependents. A variable amount is reimbursed for frames, lenses and eye exams. VisionPlus is available to full-time and part-time employees.
Same Sex Domestic Partner Coverage
Medical, dental and vision coverage is available to same sex partners and their dependents.
Flexible Reimbursement Accounts
These accounts allow you to set aside a portion of your income before taxes to pay for eligible medical and dependent care expenses.
